National Surgical Partners, LLC is a full spectrum development and management services company that provides concept to turn key strategy, development, compliance and day to day operations management to ambulatory surgical centers in the northeast with planned expansion into the southeast United States.
In addition to bringing the capabilities and expertise to allow custom-tailored solutions to specific needs and situations, in many cases NSP invests with physician ASC owners in the facility as partners allowing a true “shared” focus on its total success.

NSP PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:
Concept and Strategy
NSP provides location planning, specialty mix analysis, strategic planning, financial modeling, payor mix analysis, and management and development of all financing including arrangement with commercial banks and private investors to support the establishment of the facilities.
Development
Once the facility has developed past the concept and strategy phase, NSP takes on the complete development and construction of the facility. This includes project management of the facility build out, development of operational and clinical policy, procedures and workflows, the establishment of health information systems and survey preparation and readiness, the achievement of State licensure, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification and accreditation, equipment procurement, staffing, credentialing, preoperational procedural certification. Essentially all requirements to move the ASC from the concept and strategy phase to an accredited, licensed, and certified ambulatory surgery center.
Day to Day Operations
With development and construction and certification complete and the facility recognized as a fully accredited, licensed and certified ASC, NSP continues the process by taking over the actual day to day operations of the center. This includes all operational and management concerns involving any and all door open to door close issues of the facility. This includes billing, collections, financial management, administrative issues, executive management, legal, IT and clinical operations, administrative & supervision services.
NSP provides the entire spectrum of business management services providing virtually all non-medical business operations for the center so that the physicians at these facilities can focus solely on the actual medical procedures that they need to perform.
